We have a fantastic Opportunity for someone to join one of our government clients, this role will fall within IR35.
We require an experienced administrator to cover while full time staff is absent due to illness.
Job Description
- They will be required to monitor and maintain the SOP7 (new financial system) supplier request forms for new and amendments via standing data mailbox.
- Follow detailed process, verify the request, verify the authoriser, maintain the SOP7 Suppliers log, forward SOP7 forms onto the system we use with our shared service supplier within the SLA, process confirmation emails.
