Description
Templeton & Partners are currently looking for a Scrum Master to support one of our key clients in Malmo, Sweden on a project until the end of December (with option to extend further).
Scrum Master:-
SPOC towards the team
Accountable for the agile team delivery according to Definition-of-Done
Produce and visualize burn-down, team velocity and scrum board to relevant stakeholders
Accountable for the following agile ceremonies: sprint planning I and II, daily stand-up, sprint review, sprint retrospective.
Process manager for the Software Development Model (SDM)
Act as an agile evangelist
Be a good example and execute and deliver results through our values
Skills:-
Experience from working as a Scrum Master
Deep understanding and experience from system development
Structured, analytical and accurate
Good communication-, documentation- and presentation skills
Additonal Information:-
- Knowledge and experience from the financial sector
