Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with other geographically-dispersed teams
- Work in conjunction with Business representatives to understand and evolve business requirements and come up with pragmatic and supportable designs
- Design and implement data stores in Agile and Mongo DB
- Define and manage overall project goals and success criteria
- Designing and implementing existing business processes into Salesforce as a core business platform
- Work with senior executives to identify business requirements, analyze business processes, analyze source data, produce functional specifications, data flows and business rules and assist with the implementation of those specifications.
Essential Experience
- Salesforce automation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects and fields
- Capital Markets investment banking
- CRM
- Salesforce Integration
- Experience in enterprise projects with multiple integration points to other CRM/ERP/Legacy applications.
- Experience working with Agile Methodology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organisation.
