Description
PEX Change Agent with Change/Transformation or Process Management experience wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years working experience in Change/Transformation or Process Management
- 2-3 years of Wealth Management experience
- Extensive experience in Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement as well as Agile
- Strong understanding of operational processes in the financial services industry
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (with Certification if possible)
- Academic degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel at least 25%
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is an advantage
Your tasks:
- Coordinating Voice of the Customer, Process Efficiency, Metrics & Results, Mindsets & Behaviors and Organization and Skills
- Solving the problems and optimizing of processes with a focus on Continuous Improvement
- Delivering PEX initiatives, which include optimization projects and Target Operating Model design
- Identifying suitable processes for automation by leading opportunity assessments
- Implementing solutions and ensuring the sustainable change
- Collaborating with Digital PEX engagement leads in addition to solution design specialists in identifying automation solutions
- Being responsible for the coaching of client teams on tools and methods
