Spanish IT Service Desk Analysts

One of our Major Leading clients is looking for Spanish IT Service Desk Analysts for a 3 month rolling contract. This is a 1st line service desk position and require the Spanish IT Service Desk Analysts to be able to start ASAP.

The Spanish IT Service Desk Analysts should have the following;

  • Prior experience in Call Center/Help Desk environment OR Education at bachelor level
  • Functional (How to) understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems (Control Panel, Command Prompt, Network and Sharing Center, Internet Explorer)
  • Functional (How to) understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Prior experience in IT field
  • Technical understanding of Microsoft products and/or Networking
  • Spanish fluency
