Role: Resourcing Manager
Location: London
Duration: 6 months Contract
Day Rate: Competitive
Start Date: August 2017
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce process simplification and better compliance (IR35) around the current sourcing of contingent workers.
- Educating hiring managers on the contingent sourcing process and necessary compliance/working practices.
- Vendor/Contract Management (Contractor RPO and temporary recruitment agencies) incl. business reviews.
- Effective reporting on contingent population to various stakeholders.
- Ensure the smooth migration of from one MSP to another
- Policy management, governance and reducing non-compliance/forced deals.
- Support the qualification, shortlisting and organising of interviews when required.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience as a Resourcing Manager or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of contractor compliance and IR35
- Proven experience of Process Improvements
- Experience of managing challenging stakeholders
- Experience of managing MSP's or RPO's
- Ideally should have experience of resource planning for IT and Business Change roles
- Experience of creating MI Reports
- Experience in transformation programmes ideally
- Line Management experience
