Description

An opportunity for an experienced payroll supervisor to join on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be capable of building strong relationships with HR, in-market teams, outsourced payroll providers and the wider EMEA financial function to provide an end to end service that includes managing the monthly calculation of payrolls, payment, posting and reconciliation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidate should have at least 3+ years in a Senior/Supervisory Payroll position, with end to end knowledge of the required inputs and outputs of payroll. The ideal candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

The candidate must have experience in reviewing work completed by administrators and must be confident in overseeing the payroll administrators. Financial knowledge and reconciliation skills are beneficial.

The tasks to be undertaken are part of an integration project. This will mainly be working with and moving 18 payrolls across EMEA into the Payroll system.

Soft skills desired are that the candidate possesses great organisational skills and management skills, and is self-motivated and able to work effectively within a team.

Qualifications:

Must have strong excel skills and be comfortable managing data

Educational Experience:

Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) or similar desirable
International Association of Book-keepers (IAB) or similar desirable

Experience:

Must be accurate and able to work under pressure to manage regular deadlines
Confident in problem solving
Working knowledge of various financial computer applications and software
European Languages are a benefit
