Major Responsibilities:
- The implementation Manager role is to manage project implementation of one region under an open supervision.
- Take the responsibility to organize necessary resources and to manage all phases of engineering and service activities such as planning, designing, subcontracting, installation, commissioning, maintenance, technical support.
- The involved works are subcontractors' performance management, cost control, quality assurance, and project risk analysis in the region.
Requirements:
- Client satisfaction in Post-sales phase
- Project installation quality
- Cost required for implementation of the project.
- The project schedule and timely receipt of PAC and FAC.
- Field project implementation progress and issue solving.
- Subcontractor performance management.
