Marketing Executive (Interim)
A Marketing Executive is urgently required to work closely with the Marketing Manager and senior stakeholder within this UK market leader, committed to delivering new products and services to a nationwide customer base. The key objectives within this role are to develop an in-depth understanding of the consumer market segment, the market value chain and the competitors operating in this space.
Marketing Executive Role and Responsibilities:
- Create and execute customer-centric marketing tactics to support the delivery of the overall business strategy
- Ensure a world-class customer experience via a fully-analysed and maximised customer journey
- Drive communication requirements across the business according to strategy and needs
- Establish marketing processes and frameworks to cover applications, services and products
- Own marketing targets related to customer acquisition, retention, gross margin and product sales
Marketing Executive Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience in a fast-paced, B2C consumer-orientated environment
- Experience of having developed effective customer insight and translated it into successful customer propositions
- A successful track record in delivering effective marketing strategies across the whole marketing mix (direct marketing, on-line/digital, telemarketing and advertising
- Experience of project management and ability to work on your own initiative and take responsibility for project delivery
- Degree (or equivalent level) qualification in a marketing or business-related subject
