My client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with experience of:

Migration of rolling rollout Windows 10 and Office 2016 projects.

The staff member must demonstrate knowledge in:

  • At least 8 years of work experience in IT project management with excellent knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
  • Experience of Windows 10 and Office 2016 Migrations and Roliing Rollout projects.
  • Experience in managing multicultural teams and in working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
  • Fluent in English.

The tasks/activities will include:

  • Responsible for the entire project (coordination)
  • Planning the communication
  • Organizing the communication with IT Collaborations
  • Organize the meeting point in each building (for deployment)
  • Planning the training with HR department
  • Reporting
  • High level scheduling
  • Main contact point
  • Proposes and executes the project plans as approved by the Project Steering Committee
  • Daily manages and coordinates the Project Core Team (PCT) activities, making optimal use of the allocated resources
  • Ensures that project objectives are achieved within the quality, time, and cost objectives, taking preventive or corrective measures where necessary
  • Manages stakeholder's expectations
  • Compares project actuals and expenditures to what was planned and reports project progress
  • Performs risk management for project related risks
  • Escalates unresolvable project issues to the Project Steering Committee
  • Day to day follow up/coordination of IT tasks
  • Daily manages and coordinates the l Project Core Team activities, making optimal use of the allocated re-sources

The staff member must demonstrate competence in:

  • Strong leadership.
  • Capacity to providing mentoring, coaching and direction to team members.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong capacity to understand and map business priorities and technical solutions.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities and to work under pressure.
