Your tasks:
- Support creation of sponsorship contracts in collaboration with respective project lead and Contract Coordination Manager
- Create, process and archive standard contracts
- Initiation of the crystal process by generating and tracking activity IDs in the Crystal Data Collector (CDC)
- Support for master data maintenance for Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organisations (HCOs) in respective tools
- Creation and handling of EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) relevant purchase orders for HCPs and HCOs
- Interaction with HCPs for all arrangements (logistics) and travel management for HCPs according to the crystal process
Your qualifications
- Vocational education in a commercial/medical area with business experience
- Sound knowledge of the usage of Excel and preferably in SAP, SRM, YourDocs, DocAssembly
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals
- Strong analytical thinking and quick understanding, handling of various projects at the same time
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; good German skills
