Trainer required for an 8 month contract assignment located in Copenhagen/Denmark.
In the role of Trainer your scope will be to make training an integrated part of the solution implementation by providing expertise and providing user-relevant trainings and learnings.
Main tasks in the role of Trainer will include:
-Defining Learning/Training strategy, plan and tools.
-Design, delivery and maintenance of solution training materials and learning offerings (training presentations, online trainings, e-learnings etc.)
-Analyze learning needs.
-Educate local responsible for trainings in learning/training delivery methods
-Develop proven learning concepts (train-the-trainer, specialist-to-specialist, awareness training for the many etc.)
-Cooperate/involve HR function for support in training materials development, crosschecking on available in learning/training techniques and tools
-Upon Completion of project assignment handover training package.
The ideal candidate for the role should be an experienced Trainer with skills/knowledge of the following:
-Target group analysis, different learning styles and effective teaching methods
-Content creation tools and graphical tools
-Production of learning material with strong business perspective
-Track record of working with change processes
-Track record of successful training/learning design based on business needs and implementation
-Knowledge of project management, business and IT processes.
-Fluent in English, both verbal and written
