IT Trainer/Change Manager

IT Trainer/Change Manager required by a prestigious globally operating business based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Duration: (ideally) from 01-Aug-2017 to 01-Apr-2018 with very likely extensions thereafter.

Background:
2 companies have merged. As part of Integration, a strategic initiative was initiated with the aim to define, implement and manage harmonized business processes, accurate and consistent information as well as a highly integrated IT landscape that delivers "one version of the truth".

Tasks:
The scope of the consultant services is to the company in making training an integrated part of the solution implementation by providing expertise.
Support the receiving organization in their assignments by providing user-relevant trainings and learnings.

The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
- Define Learning/Training strategy, plan and tools per target group so stakeholders impacted by the change can fulfil their future roles successfully (applicable for pilot & further roll out)
- Design, deliver and maintain (applicable for further roll out) solution training materials and learning offer (training presentations, online trainings, e-learnings etc.)
- Analyze learning needs to ensure proper development of end-user learning strategy - delivery method, tools, audiences, measurement
- Follow up/measure (if needed) that necessary trainings were completed during pilot and roll out as per plan
- Secure that designed and delivered to receiving organization trainings materials are translated into local language, if needed
- Educate local responsible for trainings in learning/training delivery methods
- Develop proven learning concepts (train-the-trainer, specialist-to-specialist, awareness training for the many etc.) that can be scaled according to the business needs
- Together with the team lead and drive learning as important aspect of solution implementation
- Deliver learning solutions in agreed time, cost and quality
- Interact with vendor on assessment of learning/training options already available (by default) in the solution that could contribute to learning/Training strategy and plan development and implementation
- Cooperate/involve HR function for support in training materials development, crosschecking on available in the company's Learning/training techniques and tools
- Do necessary changes/updates in Training materials upon completion of pilot implementation based on learnings/received feedback
- Upon Completion of project assignment handover training package per target group to the company's Solution Owner

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of target group analysis, different learning styles and effective teaching methods Facilitation/trainer skills
- Content creation tools and graphical tools
- Production of learning material with strong business perspective
- Proven leadership skills
- Project management skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Experience:
- Experience from business/process/IT development is desirable.
- Track record of successful training/learning design based on business needs and implementation
- Track record of working with change processes
- Live and share the company Values
- Learning/Training content design

Other skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify, thus creating prerequisites for people to be able to learn.
- Ability to work and lead in change

Following competences must be fulfilled:
- Facilitation/trainer skills, Senior skills
- Content creation tools and graphical tools, Senior skills
- Knowledge of project management processes, Expert skills

English is the only language required for this role.
