iKas International are currently recruiting on behalf of an industry renowned, market leading investment bank who are looking to recruit a Senior Credit Analyst. Sitting within one of the banks most business critical areas, this is an opportunity for an experienced Credit Analyst with accounting expertise.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a banking or accounting environment, you must be analysis focused with experience with cooperate analysis. You will need a background in the Oil and Gas sector with significant analytical abilities focusing on calibration Credit Risk. To be successful in this role they must have demonstrated financial modelling and possess a great understanding of accounting and financial principles.
Excellent Understanding of:
- Relevant experience in banking or accounting (Minimum 5 years)
- Analysis focused
- Corporate analysis exposure
- Case Study experience
- Gas and Oil (Minimum of 2 years)
- Credit Risk
- Financial Modelling skills
- Strong analysis skills, the skill to resolve complex problems and posit pragmatic solutions
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
- Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion
- Must be able to understand and demonstrate technical Credit queries
