Regional Program Lead wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- A degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in a similar position
- Expertise in working with challenging stakeholder groups along with experience with different culture and business requirement
- Ability to structure and execute workload independently
- Strong ethics and integrity with ability to keep matters highly confidential combined with demonstrated enterprise leadership mind set
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Engaging across the entire Global Opex team to understand the overall program status at initiative level
- Translating program status and executing an actionable set of change and communication activities for the Japan based business and functional units
- Developing change and communication material and activities to support the required changes and adoption to the new ways of working
- Providing timely and comprehensive feedback to the program team on implementation acceptance and also challenges along with managing and coordinating the engagement plan for the in scope areas
- Understanding and supporting the work stream leads in enabling delivery of the financial targets according to those set and also the new package based budgeting cycle
- Contributing to content/material creation for supporting the change management and communication activities as well as maintaining accuracy of knowledge management repositories for relevant material
