Change Coordinator/Change Manager - MVC (Multi-vendor Coordination)

My client is looking for a MVC Change Coordinator/Change Manager to:-

  • Assist client Change Manager in formulating policies, guidelines, procedures and governance of the Change Management process. Keep document templates updated.
  • Deputy for client Change Manager during absence or holidays
  • Change Management and Coordination for Multi-Vendor Coordination function
  • Plan, coordinate and follow-up the change activities
  • Manage the identification and prioritization of changes to steady state IT services
  • Report and communicate status and performance on change activities
  • Support to design, implement and operate a Change Management tool (which will be part of the SM Toolset) to support the Change Management process.
  • Arrange and host the Integrated Change Advisory Board (ICAB),
  • Prepare and distribute the change agenda before the ICAB and minutes of meetings afterwards
  • Present Change Records at the ICAB.
  • Coordinate the entire life cycle of changes (from RFC to implementation review and closure), sharing the master Change Record with Vendors that are impacted or need to be informed or consulted
  • Create and maintain master Change Records in the SM Toolset.
  • Identify the Vendor who will own the master Change Record, hence the Vendor who will lead the Change Record assessment and implementation. Escalate to client CM if required.
  • Approve changes where the authority has been delegated (standard changes and pre-approved changes).
  • Maintain a Change Management DB for all Change Records from Vendors, including client initiated RFCs and SaaS providers.
  • Collect data/reports from Vendors to include those in the Change Management DB
  • Maintain the quality of the change information, including actions to continually audit the information, and give conclusions and recommendations for improvement initiatives
  • Raise RFCs for services delivered by a SaaS Vendor
  • Assess of Change Proposals, Change Records and Emergency Changes for SaaS services
  • Maintain and keep up to date the Integrated Change Management Framework (templates and forms to be used by the process).
  • Monitor, detect and register in the in the SM Toolset un-authorized changes done by Vendors. Report those occurrences to client CM
  • Review periodically with client CM and other Vendors the Integrated Change Management Framework, recommending improvement initiatives.
