Scrum Master Agile DEVOPS Contract Dublin 6-12 Months.
My client a leading name in their market is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join their client team for 6-12 Months.
Candidates will be expected to facilitate the agile process for development teams. You will work in an agile team environment in the design and execution of web and mobile products. You will work on business critical applications, supported by a team of technical and business experts. You will gauge team performance and identify areas for growth and improvement as well as being able to spot issues early within a SPRINT and take remedial action to get it back on track.
Successful candidates will have around 3+ years in the role of Scrum Master, XP coach, or Agile servant leader. 5+ years in a leadership or technical role in software or systems development. You will have a track record of delivering complex projects through agile process. You will have an understanding of DevOps concepts. You will have Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well having am agile/scrum certification. It would be seen as an advantage if you have a background in retail financial services and a familiarity with Behaviour Driven Development/Kanban.
