Senior Agile Coach/Scrum
Senior Agile Coach/Scrum required by an exciting energy company based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Required to strengthen their Agile IT Sweden team and give a boost to the development of Agile IT Sweden, specifically in the online area.
They have a strong focus on digitalization and improving they ways of working towards a more agile setup.
They, for example, currently work on taking the step from working in BusDev SCRUM teams to BusDevOps SCRUM teams in the online area.
These SCRUM teams work on their international customer facing platform, with 2 scrum teams in Agile IT SE and over 10 scrum teams internationally, indicating that international cooperation will be an essential part of this assignment.
You will:
- Coach and support our internal staff in realizing the best possible results, challenge and grow them
- Support the digital transformation and improve our ways of working towards a more agile setup
- Support in building our digital competences, with a specific focus on internal competences, including attracting new talent
- Support in constructively building the relationship and cooperation with our IT counterpart business manager(s) with focus on customer value
- Support the team members in spending sufficient time on LCM topics
- Support in solving escalated impediments of (scrum) teams and eliminate structural causes of waste
- Work with other (Agile) IT managers to drive innovation, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in- and outside IT.
Requirements:
You are:
- An enthusiastic, facilitative manager that practices lean-agile management techniques
- Experienced in the IT Market (Lean IT, Continuous delivery, cloud processes, etc)
- Good at solving problems. You have a passion for redesigning processes which have been marked as impediments by the organization.
- Realizing the best possible results by empowering others, giving them responsibilities, challenging them and keeping them sharp and alert
- Able to attract new talent
- Used in working in an international working environment
- Swedish speaking consultant is preferred but English is also ok.
You will work out of their Stockholm office and occasionally (average of about 1 time a month) travel within Europe.
