SAP HR Consultant - Part time -Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - 20 Hours per week - 2 year fixed term placement - Pro-rata £43,000 Per annumOur end user client is currently seeking a part time SAP HR/HCM consultant with some good stakeholder engagement skills and configuration knowledge around UK Payroll.
Reporting in to the Enterprise System Team Lead, you will be responsible for working with our project team and external SAP development partner to deliver new functionality and integration with 3rd party systems such as time and attendance. You will undertake SAP system analyst work with our business facing demand team, including design, technical specification, configuration and unit testing in the HR and payroll functional areas. In addition, you will clearly communicate with stakeholders from across the business, consulting and engaging at all levels.
You will need to have SAP HR/Payroll configuration, ideally gained within a large, complex, multi-faceted organisation is essential. You will have an understanding of HR personnel administration, time management and organisational management and an understanding of core payroll functions. You will be a strong and effective communicator with the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and third party providers in a confident manner.
