We are looking for a SALESFORCE.COM BUSINESS ANALYST to join one of the world's leading brands shaping the future of global commerce, based in the iconic city of Amsterdam. They are in the process of establishing an internal SaaS/Cloud solutions team who are responsible for designing, developing, integrating and implementing complex business critical cloud solutions across all core business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance

THE ROLE:

  • The Salesforce Business Analyst is required for a critical role in this CRM Transformation project where they will work across the full software development life cycle from initial requirements analysis through process optimization and design, to deployment and adoption management.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • The Salesforce Business Analyst is expected to be an expert in their field, with a wealth of experience working on large scale Salesforce/CRM projects.

  • It is expected that you will have expertise within CRM business process and be able to advise accordingly.

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst/Salesforce Consultant, with previous SDLC full life cycles, delivering large scale SFDC implementations.

  • Experience of both Sales and Service Cloud implementations is highly desirable, as are Salesforce.com Business Analyst's holding valid Salesforce certifications.

  • Experience of working with Senior stakeholders and process owners to understand requirements from the business and translate those into user stories, process maps, and other design documents that can be used to develop and deliver solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will confidently challenge existing methods and processes, whilst presenting optimization that will meet the stated business objectives.

  • You will also be adept at post-delivery business adoption, eg technical specification documents, process flows & training material.

  • You will support the business case, get the business benefits articulated and design the business solution for change.

  • You must have business analysis experience working on change and transformation programs, managing and driving change.

  • You will have previous E-commerce industry experience and will ideally have expertise in one or more of the following business processes: sales, marketing, service, fulfilment, billing & regulatory.

You will be working for a global brand developing the next level of online, web, E-commerce retail consumer and commercial trading. You will be joining a team developing a centralised Salesforce platform for one of the world's leading online advertising and E-commerce Groups. This Salesforce Business Analyst represents a fantastic opportunity to work on a large scale, career defining CRM/Cloud Strategic Transformation project through its entirety.

Remuneration:

  • Note that we if you are not resident in The Netherlands, then you can apply to benefit from a 30% low tax threshold.

NOTE that this is an onsite role in Amsterdam, Netherlands, working 9am to 6pm.

NO REMOTE working is permitted.
