Workday HCM Lead - Workday, Lead, HCM, HR
Contract - 6 weeks+
Luxembourg - GBP680 per day

THE ROLE
As the HCM lead you will be responsible for leading the HCM project team on an implementation of Workday HCM for a global manufacturing company, and guide the HR community through the implementation process to assure maximum stakeholder adoption.
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid experience gained across a minimum of two previous Workday HCM implantations from a functional perspective. You will also need to show experience of guiding a team of 6-8 people.
THE PACKAGE
This is a contract role for an initial engagement of 6 weeks, but this is expected to go on longer for the right person who fits well with the (existing) project team.
