Description

A exciting opportunity has become available for a interim Service Transition Analyst based with my central Leeds client.

This is an interim opportunity with a daily rate of £300 per day.

Accountabilities of the Role

  • Ensure and agree all service readiness activities for each delivery, certifying that artefacts and processes are in place to go live
  • Work with delivery teams and managers to ensure they understand their accountabilities in the Service Transition process, influencing decisions at the appropriate level
  • Facilitate Service Transition Gate Review Meetings, capturing risks, actions and key delivery dates
  • Ensure governance risks are identified and communicated to the Service Delivery management teams
  • Coordinate and communicate with all parties involved in the Service Transition process
  • Deliver project and status updates to the Service Delivery senior leadership team, escalating risks and issues appropriately

Candidate Requirements

  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate
  • Understanding of related ITIL processes
  • Proven Service Transition experience within IT Service environments
  • Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience of chairing, facilitating and leading meetings
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Tenacious, highly self-motivated and directed
  • Keen attention to detail

Desirable

  • ITIL Service Transition Certificate
