Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in London, is currently recruiting for a Deputy Estates/Capital Projects PM. The role is offered on a full time basis and falls inside of scope for IR35. The role will be for 4 months initially. The successful candidate will have NHS or health care based experience within Estates and Capital projects at a senior level, as well as line management experience.
Key Skills/Experience
- NHS or health care based experience within Estates and Capital projects at a management level
- Experience of line managing a small team and the ability to deputise for the Head as required
- A demonstrable background/knowledge of working with P21/P22 managed projects
- Prince 2 or equivalent project management qualification
