Windows 10 Technical Specialist - Urgent Need!
Start 1st August 2017 till 30th June 2018 with possible extensions
Further improvements and development steps for the workplace has been identified within the business and in the End User Services. To answered to the needs and requirements a program named Workplace Next Step will be established.
The following bullets embrace the user vision of the workplace for the future:

The Workplace Next Step (WNS) includes 8 projects that will managed by a Program Office.
Role
Create end user instructions in the project for different technical solutions in the WNS project.
Team member of a User readiness -team and to share time between the projects in the WNS program. The role consist of producing end user information content and training material in various forms (text, video, webinar script etc) and through various channels needed for the new and changes services to be activated or rolled out in the WNS projects. The services are part of for example Windows 10 upgrade, Skype for Business Video/Audio, new security services, OneDrive for Business services. The role includes to produce material easy to understand by end-users globally based on a technical script provided by the projects. The team is led by the WNS program communication manager.
Personal requirements
Knowledge in Windows10 and Office 365 environment is preferable.
Fluent in writing and speaking English
