Description

Customer Treatment Manager required to join our Financial Services Client on an initial 5 month contract based in Halifax. This role can pay a top end of £455 per day.

The selected contractor will work within our clients Customer Rectifications Programme and will be responsible for leading the design of consistent and fair Customer Treatment Strategies ensuring compliance with group and industry policies and processes.

It is essential that the individual who secures this role has extensive experience of customer centric programmes, and is well versed in championing the customer point of view.

To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills
* Experienced in customer treatment design and workshop facilitation
* A customer centric approach
* Demonstrable background in customer experience/customer treatment/rectifications
* Excellent presentation and communications skills
* Stakeholder Management (up to Exec level)
* Financial Services experience
