Rate: negotiable based on experience (All-in paid out in USD)
Project Description:
Client needs to comply with the country HR data retention legislation requirements.
The project aims to establish the global process and governance around global HR master data records retention, which ensures integrity through the global HR IT landscape and is sustainable.
Scope Summary:
The project aims to establish the global process and governance around global HR master data records retention, which ensures integrity through the global HR IT landscape and is sustainable.
The delivery of the solution will include pilot phase for 6 countries (Slovenia, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland)
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience in management of full Project Implementation cycles (experience in HR and Payroll projects) in ECC6 environment
- Good knowledge of business processes within areas of functional proficiency
- Strong skills to extensively analyze business processes and requirements
- Experience in defining new processes and strategies on global as well as local level
- Experience in facilitating workshops and focus groups
- Strong skills to drive discussions and achieve agreements
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience in developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Experience in working in international environments and teams
- Languages: English fluent (spoken and written)
Deliverables:
- Overall accountable and responsible for project delivery in accordance with agreed project plans and budgets throughout all phases, without impacting on business continuity
- Ensures that the project is run according to ICE methodology and in line with IT and HR processes and methodologies
- Ensures proper project planning, managing transition between project streams
- Controls, monitors and reports the project budget and is accountable for tracking project spend against project CAR
- Ensures proper project status reporting (PPM) and project communication (PM and steering committee)
- Lead the functional and technical teams through all phases of the project
- Manages project risks, cross project, functional issues, and pro-actively starts mitigation actions, ensuring technical integration
- Escalates project changes and decisions that exceed incumbent`s decision power to the project steering committee and prepares decision proposals for the steering committee
- Responsible to challenge and collect enhancement requests during project delivery
- Responsible to document enhancement requests according to established change management processes.
