I am in the process of searching for the skills of a Resource Co-ordinator to work for one of the worlds largest Insurance Companies.
Candidates applying for this role will have a blend of the following experience
Resource Co-ordination
Operations Management
Finance
Resource Planning and Management
Leadership and Management
Strategy and Execution
Analysis
Process and Procedure Development
Experience:
- Experience of managing and influencing a range of stakeholders and peers (including vendors)
- Experience of gathering, analysing and presenting data and producing recommendations and guidance in a simple and clear manner
- Experience of producing detailed analysis
- Experience of resolving conflicts in a project/resource prioritisation environment
- Very strong experience and knowledge of Excel/Access and Powerpoint
- Experience of monitoring and reporting in a project environment
- Some experience of driving and monitoring continuous improvement activity
