OPERATIONS ANALYST/REPUBLIC OF IRELAND/6 months +/£ppd
Job Description:
- Oversee the regional project setup within OpenAir to aid in accurate resource planning, revenue forecasting, time and expense tracking, revenue recognition, and invoicing activities
- Oversee the regional entering, validating, and maintenance of customer information and billing transactions as required across various client systems
- Oversee the regional monitoring of accurate, prompt entry of resource timesheets, expenses, and project resource schedules
- Oversee the regional creation of month-end invoice reports. Work with US and international billing teams to ensure on-time billing of projects and expenses.
- Ensure accuracy of services financial metrics
- Collaborate with customers and with multiple client business units to resolve customer billing and payment issues
- Research and resolve transaction and billing exceptions
- Generate chargeability, utilization, and financial reporting to ensure compliance with financial reporting and tracking requirements
- Monitor reports and perform quality control processes to ensure accurate processing of information and adherence to defined audit controls
- Oversee and contribute to ongoing operations process improvement
Critical Qualities and Experience:
- Excel at working in a cross-functional Professional Services environment to manage end to end project creation, tracking and financial reconciliation activities
- Must be a critical thinker and able to recommend solutions to business problems
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Prior experience and success in a consulting service operations or project management role
- Experience with PSA system administration and use (OpenAir)
Qualification/Education and Experience:
Required:
- University college degree, preferably in finance Knowledge
Skills Required
- Typically 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function and financial analysis
- Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
- Strong analytical and Datamodelling skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and other analytical aids to help manage an Operations Team.
- Project Management Skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of Security.
- Proficient understanding of client's overall supply chain strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
