    • Stock Counting (w/o RF)
    • Warehouse Monitoring
    • Storage Bins Master Data maintenance
    • Warehouse Management Information System
  • The main QM functionalities used are:
    • QM Master Data maintenance (Inspection Plan; inspection Characteristics; Material Specifications)
    • Results Recording
    • Defects Recording & Notifications
    • Usage Decision and stock posting
    • QM Information System
  • The main RLM functionalities used are:
    • Supply Process determination
    • Integration with Plant Maintenance external tool (Maximo, Comos)
    • Management of deliveries: Stock Transfer, Cross-docking, Deliveries w/o reference.
    • Delivery Picking
    • Batch management
    • Serial Numbers management
    • RLM Packing & Shipping
    • Transport Management (Shipments)
    • RLM Material Tracking Reports (by Work Orders)
    • RLM Returns from offshore locations
    • RLM Rentals management
    • RLM Containers Master Data maintenance
  • A Ticketing tool (Solution Manager) is used
  • The main objectives of the mission are:
    • to ensure the support and maintenance of the MM module in respect of the Core solution and a SAP standard approach. (10-20%)
  • Ensure proper running of the solution on his/her perimeter.
  • Manage Support & maintenance of tickets: incidents and change requests for all affiliates.
  • Coordination with the Business Process Analyst and Business Process Owner of the implementation of the correction or new functionality.
  • Active participation to NL Procurement Project.
  • Coordinate with the Lead Analyst & Project Manager on the project for implementation and activities for the NL Procurement project.
  • Workshops leading with key users.
  • Functional analysis of the business requirements: impact analysis, feasibility, workload estimation.
  • Assist in writing Business Blueprints and Functional Specifications.
  • Perform customizing.
  • Organize, prepare and manage testing.
  • Provide assistance and training sessions to key-users and end-users.
  • Respect of procedures, best practices, policies.
  • Back-up of the Lead Analyst on the NL Procurement Project

The consultant will directly report to the Business Process Analyst Purchasing/Procurement & Logistics of the One E&P Support & Maintenance organization.

The consultant should have the following competencies:

  • A good knowledge of the MM (especially IM part) module.
  • A good knowledge of the WM module.
  • Minimum project experience of 2-4 years (all phases) on SAP MM/WM module.
  • MM business processes knowledge.
  • Customizing knowledge.
  • Native/fluent/Near-native/fluent Dutch (speaking/writing).
  • Very good English (speaking/writing) in a professional environment: ability to lead workshops, presentations, ability to negotiate, convince.
  • Very good relational skills.
  • High autonomy.
