Supply Performance Manager - Switzerland - 12 monthsOur client, one of the leading Consumer Health companies in the world is currently seeking for a Supply Performance Manager for a 1 year project in Basel, Switzerland scheduled to start mid August 2017.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Monthly Site Performance Review Meetings in alignment with assigned internal and external sites
- Act as SAP/APO Super User
- Act as Supply Planner for Multi-National Supply
- Act as Inventory Manager for assigned region
- Act as Process Owner of Assigned Core Business Processes in support of Business Process Management
- Support business reporting and advanced analytics
- Act as communication focal point for all site performance related topics within PS
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a business, logistics, technical discipline or equivalent - MBA preferred
- Greenbelt desired
- APICS certification desired
- Minimum 8 years of supply chain management experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, or ISO Regulated industry;
- 5+ years SAP experience (SD/PP/MM) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics
- Computer skills/ability to work with various software packages
- Strong knowledge of SAP/APO required, high competency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of consumer goods production, operations and industry practices
- Knowledge of Strategy and People Change Management
- Excellent communication skills in English is required, German knowledge would be an added advantage
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
