I am looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager for a client of mine based in Paris.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple, multi-faceted projects, under tight deadlines
- Strong project drive and timely execution of project steps according to agreed timelines
- Handle RFP during the execution of clients' engagements (Airlines, hotel chains) using excel and RFP tools
- Manage supplier relationships and communication with suppliers during RFP exercise (including supplier negotiation)
- Create compelling, sourcing strategy document and run savings scenarios
- Develop dashboards for clients/consulting managers to identify key achievements obtained during the negotiation process
- Identify best practices and develop standardized tools and processes for the team
- Communication champion towards consulting manager and external stakeholders (client)
Experience and Qualification:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant support role within account management or consulting team
- Proficiency in project management and understanding of hospitality/airlines industry
- Familiar with excel and RFP tools
- Rigorous and autonomous
- Analytical mindset
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate highly complex and multi-faceted concepts and ideas in a simple, clear and concise way, both in written and verbal formats.
- Demonstrated ability to work well both within a team and as an independent contributor.
- Exemplary and demonstrated presentation skills and ability to persuade and create action.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with a self-motivated personality and an ability to exceed expectations in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.
- Exemplary and demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail/quality control
- Ability to manage multiple, projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
- English in mandatory, French is a strong plus
