Customer Service Agent
We have an exciting opportunity to work within the role of Customer Service Agent - previous Loan experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Our Client requires experience of working within Customer Services providing good customer service to customers and dealing with enquiries and being the first point of contact with the ability to grow skills within the project team.
Training provided and being able to meet customer needs and being responsible for handling customers confidential information.
Developing a good working knowledge of Customer Services Systems and being able to contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in systems and procedures within the team.
Experience of working within team. Additional skills required - are customer focused, good communication skills, ability to work within time-scales set, accuracy when inputting data and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
