Fixed Asset Project Analyst - Private Equity
My client is a market leading Private Equity backed International Infrastructure leasing business. They have been growing exponentially over the past four years and have established themselves as a market leader in their chosen Operating Countries. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with many exciting Programmes in flight which is well regarded as they have a fantastic business model, staff and investors.
To provide accounting support for the project to re-instate the inventory at warehouse form an old material listing to a new material listing. This will involve both running tests and also providing solutions around material mapping & prices on how to re-load the data into the SAP.
Key Responsibilities of the Fixed Asset Project Analyst:
- Key accounting contact on the project
- Running test scripts on how to mass reverse Material from our Warehouses and re-upload to SAPBy
- Documenting and presenting findings on test runs.
- Co-ordinating the entry of data into the Live environment.
- Monitoring performance of testing to finances timeline.
Experience Fixed Asset Project Analyst :
- Previous project experience on System implementations, with a focus on Fixed Asset related
- Proficient Excel user (pivots, Vlookups, Sumifs)
- Analysis of large data sets form a variety of sources, all in excel.
- Warehouse/Stock experience and comparing physical counts to General Ledger
- Basic French ideal but not a necessity
Knowledge:
- Project based experience on System implementations
- Accounting double entry for Fixed Assets & inventory ie Dr/Cr's
- SAPbyDesign (preferable

- Clear communicator and confident in presenting numbers to non-accountants
- Able to manage workloads and prioritise key tasks
- Attention to detail
