Description
Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Halifax, is looking for a Change Manager to work on a large Workplace Strategy Programme for an initial 4 month contract. The role will pay £473 per day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Workplace Change Roadmap, ensuring it is integrated with the wider Workplace Strategy Programme. You will manage change implementation plans, stakeholder maps and engagement plans.
You will have:
*Experience of working on workplace strategies and implementing activity-based workplace environments
*A strong background of Change Management
*Experience of working on flexible/agile working implementations
*Strong communication skills, written and verbal
*Experience from financial services
