ERP SAP Change/Training Coordinator - Paris - French speaking - 6 months
We are looking or a ERP Change/Training Coordinator for a 6 month contract near Paris.
This is an English and French speaking role.
The role:
- Review with Trainers assignment of people to system roles as input for Training Needs Analysis
Organise/Coordinate meetings between Professional Trainers and Key Users to define:
- Detailed agenda of each course
- Detailed scope of training materials developed
- Decailed scope and documentation of Business Simulations
- Review and finalie end user training schedule
- Monitor progress of training materials development according to timeline
- Weekly meetings with Key Users and Professional Trainers
- Monitor the quality of training materials
- Ensure communication is happening between Trainer and Key Users, with regular frequency and clarity through the development cycle
- Oversee creation of training to SAP clients and refresh, with the refresh being done by the IT team
- Create, distribute, collect and analyse feedback from End User Training
- Monitor execution
