THE ORGANISATION
One of my Financial Services clients is looking for a MiFID II Marketing Assistant to take on an initial 5 month contract role with view to extension.
THE JOB
In this role, you will be working independently to identify any literature and correspondence that is affected by MiFID II, carrying out analysis of any changes and mark-up of literature. You will continue to coordinate progression through reviews and approvals.
You will support MiFID II communications activity through copy writing as required, as well as engaging in a wider communications team in order to support delivery of literature changes.
KEY SKILLS
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work without management, coming from a project/organisational communications background.
You will need:
- High level organisational skills and senior stakeholder management experience
- Great management skills and an understanding of typical programme processes
- The ability to get to grips with understanding complex information (MiFID) and have the right conversations without the need for management
- Highly organised at managing the end to end process, from consulting stakeholders, managing the changes, through to production - individually and demonstrating responsibility
