My Edinburgh client is currently looking to on board a Senior Actuarial Manager for an initial 3 month contract. This role is to provide actuarial input in support of new annual benefits statements for pensions and investment products.

Day to day duties:

  • Reviewing a large number of Legacy unit linked and unitised with profits products.
  • Present results to senior management up to exec level.
  • Generate solutions that will meet the new guidance as the analysis develops but being mindful of the shareholder implications.

Essential Skills:

  • Qualified Actuary
  • Product knowledge - Pensions and Investments
  • Stakeholder Management

Desirable Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of FCA, Reporting, Legacy Pricing
