Description
Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Edinburgh, is looking for a Customer Journey Product Manager to work within Insurance on an initial 6-month contract. The contract will pay £330 per day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of new annual benefits statements for longstanding pensions & investment products. You will need to understand customer & business requirements and document the customer treatment/journey.
You will have:
*Good experience of developing customer solutions
*Experience of setting up customer communication strategies
*Knowledge of pension products
*Good data analysis abilities
*Experience of delivering products to customers
*Strong communication skills
*The ability to work autonomously
