Investigo Change Solutions have been engaged to identify a project manager to assist in creating and shaping a credit card function, from an operational perspective for a fast-paced financial institution.

To apply you must have -

  • Significant experience with credit cards
  • Ideally worked on the building of new functions/product lines
  • Excellent project management skill set to recognised methodologies
  • Financial services/retail banking background
  • Exposure to customer operations
  • Experience with 3rd party service providers would be beneficial, TSYS ideal

Key deliverables and responsibilities will include;

  • Work with Programme Manager to plan and initiate projects
  • Work across the operational business to project manage the launch of the new credit card function
  • Own end to end delivery of projects work streams to budget and plan
  • Interacting with customers and training staff
  • Anticipate, monitor, manage, mitigate and report project risks and issues

This is an interim role based in the North West of England paying £pd based on experience, it will be for an initial 6 months with significant chance of extension.
