Description
For this end client in Utrecht we are looking or an IDM project manager. This is on contract basis 6 month+.
Several call centres will be migrated and integrated within a Cisco environment.
As an IDM project manager you will focus on the telephony/callcenter part. The delivery of the telephony project will be a functional and technical setup of the current Cisco environment, compared to the current telephony functionalities.
Profile:
- Basic technical background with an understanding of network and platforms
- Ability to plan, forecast and manage timeframes and costs
- Accustomed to implement projects utilizing standard methodologies and processes
- Must have sufficient background knowledge and ability to communicate at a high technical level and with technicians
- Excellent English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to plan out a technical course for the project and motivate others to work together to achieve technical goals.
MUST HAVES
- At least 5 years of project management experience in an infrastructure landscape
- You have experience with migration of a contact center related to telephone or desktop
- You have experience with Cisco call center platform
- You are able to plan, forecast and manage time frames and costs
