Description
IT Business Analyst - Application Development / Banking wanted for our Zurich based client in the finance sector.Your experience/skills:
- At least 8 years' experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Finance / Banking / Asset Management industry
- Familiarity with applying business analysis techniques and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Practical know-how in interpreting a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills with an appreciation for IT capability
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken, knowledge in other languages are a big plus
Your tasks:
- Defining required IT business solutions and assisting in implementing them
- Conducting requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services by using a variety of internal and external data and conducting end user interviews
- Supporting the business engineer by describing the business processes including the organizational structures involved
- Identifying people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Assisting Quality Control and Project Management
