Description
Our client, a leading and growing investment management organisation seeks the expertise of a Senior Manager with Product Governance and or Fund Accounting/reporting experience to help them deliver and maintain their "investor information" document.
Overview
This role sits within the Fund and Marketing Infrastructure team which sits centrally and co-ordinates a number of activities including:
- Project managing central data and reporting initiatives
- Data Governance
- Oversight of fund materials and disclosure policy co-ordination
- competitor and fund analysis
This is a newly created role and you will initially take responsibility for most forms of Product Disclosure globally, creating operational processes, quality controls and documentation continuing to update to ensure consistent compliance across all jurisdictions.
- All forms of product disclosure
- Ownership of all related materials
- Triggering production runs based on prescribed review periods
- Quality Assurance
- Creating and maintaining standards
As this is a newly created role there is a degree of flexibility on the type of background you will of come from.
Essential
- Asset/Investment management with a strong understanding of products
- Management/Senior Management experience
- Understanding of regulatory environment
- Product Management/Governance
- Fund Accounting experience allied to data and governance experience
