My exclusive client is urgently seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Manager to join them on an initial 12-month contract. This role is going to spearhead and drive change across a large organisation, also accounting for Service Design. We are looking for a Consultant with familiarity of Lean & Agile methodologies, and a knowledge of Public Sector service standards would be a great advantage.Role & Responsibilities
*Experience of driving change management through large organisations
*Familiar/accredited with Lean/Six Sigma working methodologies
*Service Design experience
*Working and engaging with multiple stakeholders and business units to communicate change plans
*Experience in Business Transformation
*Ability to architect and influence change across multiple departments
*Collaborative approach
*Pragmatic and diligent approach
