SWAP CoordinatorOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a SWAP Coordinator to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: SWAP Coordinator
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: August 2017
Duration: 3 months rolling
Location: Germany

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all activities of partners during the rollout
- Prepare and report all relevant milestones to the Regional Project Manager
- Prepare and report a daily report to customer and HQ
- Prepare and lead the integration meeting with the customer and partners
- Troubleshooting during the roll out during the installation and integration phase
- Single point of contact for all installation and integration and SWAP related activities
- Control activities of troubleshooting
- Handle all LTE, RAN and Microwave/ SWAP relevant integration activities with partner
- Escalation point for network relevant failures and events
- Control and handle LTE/SWAP site documentation
- Report all installation and integration relevant milestones to necessary databases
- Experienced in larger and complex swap-projects
- Expert-knowledge of MS EXCEL, MS Access would be a benefit
Qualifications:
- Language skills: fluent German & English
- Relationship, Cost and risk management
- Project planning, reporting and processes
- Turnkey/swap experience
