My client is a financial services organisation who is looking for a compliance specialist to be responsible for working on the PSD2 and Open Banking Compliance
You will act as the Compliance SME on the Payments programme getting involved in reviewing and interpreting the regulation and regulatory developments. Determining the potential impact and providing detailed advice and guidance to key stakeholders. Ensuring the business is compliant with the regulations
The Candidate
You will be a:
- Subject matter expert in regulatory requirements applicable to the financial services sector specifically payment services.
- In depth understanding of the UK regulatory environment.
- Good knowledge and experience of managing regulatory risk.
- Detailed understanding of conduct risk and its applicability to payments services and its customers.
- Experience at operating at a senior management level
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
