Urgent! Senior Project Manager
We´re looking for a Project manager for Staff Optimization in Malmo and travel to Russia regularly.
Description
The idea of the project is to design, build and implement the tool Kronos Workforce Central for Staff Planning and Timekeeping for large Retailer. This project will enable the Retailer to have the right co-worker, at the right place, at the right time, all the time.
As a Global Project Leader you are responsible to rollout the solution to the countries.
This needs to be secured by following a standard implementation method (Implementation Toolkit) developed by the Staffing Optimization project.
Requirements:
Skills
People and communication skills
Planning and management skills
Good understanding of how our store operates (preferable)
Experience of leading projects within retiling background (preferable)
Experience with Project Management Methods and tools, specifically PPS methodology
Experience as a facilitator of inter-disciplinary workshops and meetings
Ability to describe complex scenarios in a structured way
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Senior PM with possibility to travel to Russia every other week.
Project start date: ASAP
The primary working site(s) will be:
Malmö Sweden and Russia
There is some travel required outside the primary working site(s).
