Role Purpose:
Client Integration and Onboarding:
Participation in client pitch meetings to represent the Client Solutions function and to demonstrate HSBC's approach to onboarding and integration.
Ownership of the integration process for a portfolio of OTC Clearing clients
Provision of client service including:
Assisting with portfolio analysis to estimate the initial margin impact and costs of clearing for clients
Acting as a single point of contact for resolution of client and internal queries.
Key partner with clients and the OTC Client Clearing business in service development.
Trade processing and controls:
Ensuring the timely and accurate acceptance of client trades.
Investigation and resolution of control breaks raised by support functions.
Participation in the user acceptance testing of developments to the processing architecture
Knowledge and Experience:
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work co-operatively across business lines and geographies
A pro-active approach to client related issues
Knowledge of OTC processing infrastructure on a front to back basis including: Margining, OTC product behaviour and Trade life cycle events
Excellent problem solving skills.
Experience of process change and performing User Acceptance Tests
