Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a dynamic resource who can function as a hybrid resource business analyst/scrum master for this local and leading global organization.
You will work closely with the business/product owners to take strategy to execution translating desired functionality and system requirements. You will develop requirements, tune user stories specifications, processes and recommendations for effective development and delivery. Delivery team will be primarily Big Data. Setting meeting agendas and leading meetings to leading teams to meet schedules while mapping to the project budget. High attention to detail and EQ, inquisitive nature and excellent communication skills are required for prioritization and setting the framework for effective delivery in a complex matrixed environment.

Senior Business Analyst Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis in complex environments
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in software development working in complex applications
- Experience and deep knowledge in Hadoop/Bigdata Development and best practices
- Agile Methodology experience
- background of creation of user stories, use cases, wireframes and process mapping
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Senior Business Analyst Preferred Skills:
- Product Owner background
- Amadeus HMS background
- Experience leading off-shore development
