Job Overview:
As Implementation Project Manager you will lead the day to day delivery of client solutions, internal improvement and other projects within the Williams Lea Tag EMEA Group. Working for the Project and Programme Management Group (PMG), the role will provide effective management and control of projects of medium to high complexity, diversity and budget.
You will work under the authority of a sponsor with responsibility for the overall planning, management and completion of projects. You will work with customers to develop project scope and plans utilising project management skills to manage the full project lifecycle in a controlled environment from Definition, Planning, Implementation and Transition.
You will identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, ensure quality criteria are agreed and achieved, provide accurate reporting, define and deliver to critical success factors and achieve customer satisfaction. You will be able to understand the overall business case for the project and be able to organise the right team, pulling on developers, BAU staff, testers, QA etc., to deliver a successful commercial outcome for WLT and Service outcome for our clients.
This contract job opportunity will be based in working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. There will be an expectation of travel to our clients and other WLT sites in the UK as and when required. *Full job description available on request

Required Experience:
We are looking for an exceptional Prince 2 / APM (or equivalent) qualified hands on Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years demonstrable project management experience within a highly regulated, finance, banking or insurance environment. You will have knowledge of IT related services, software and operating systems coupled with strong client/customer facing skills. You must have business transition experience that includes implementing a service to "go live" stage and have previously worked in rapidly changing environments. You will be comfortable and confident in communicating with senior stakeholders within the business and with clients. Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers is a must.
