Objectives and scope of services

The Digital Presence team supports the client in effectively governing its large digital assets portfolio (all domain names, websites, mobile applications and social media pages used by the client across the world in 66 different countries/2819 web-live assets/752 social media/275 mobile apps).

The Digital Presence is a transversal activity within Group Security, working with different Business domains and contacts such as local Operating companies, Group Marketing, Group Reputation and Risk Management, Brand, Legal etc.

Part of the Digital Presence team, the Quality Assurance aims at:

? Maintain brand value by detecting Digital activity harming the brand & supporting entities to take early corrective actions.
? Define and enforce a number of controls, act as a 2nd line of defence in the Group internal control governance model.
? Scope and perform assurance testing plan in order to police the clients digital activity & ensure Group standards are met.
? Perform controls.
? Assist entities in improving consistency of Digital presence across the clients (channels, content & messages).
? Identify and track risks, issues and alerts and ensure appropriate action plans are established and actively monitored.

Main tasks:

  • Provide expertise and know-how in the client's context on how to ensure that digital assets are consistent to be seen as ONE and that they meet the quality and expectations of the Group.
  • Design and implement the Quality Assurance processes of controls and remediation.
  • Design roll-out plan and road map + get organised with local entities.
  • Be force of proposal in the research of tools to automate controls.
  • Benchmarking market solutions (Digital Quality Management Systems) that could support the Quality Assurance activity and write a Request For Proposal with the support of Procurement.
